Daniel Chavez Moran — Setting a Paradigm for People
Mr. Daniel Chavez Moran was born in the year 1952 and popularly known as the man with futuristic dreams. He started his career as a real estate developer and also acknowledged as a renowned philanthropist. He is the man behind the success of the Grupo Vidanta, which is a real estate group, operating more than 30 hotels in Latin America. Mr. Moran was also horned as one of the top 100 most important businessmen in Mexico by CNN in the year 2010. He is also an active member of United Nations Development Programme and resides in Mexico today. Mr. Moran graduated in Civil Engineering in 1971 from the University of Guadalajara and in the year 1974 he laid the foundation of Grupo Vidanta with an aim to change the skyline of Mexico with the development of resorts, hotels and golf courses.

In the year 1952, Mr. Daniel Chavez Moran was born in San Angelo, Texas. He was a brilliant and bright student right from his school days. He completed his schooling and graduated in Civil Engineering from the Guadalajara University in the year 1971. He forayed into the real estate and hospitality industry in the year 1974 with the establishment of Grupo Vidanta, the group that aims to develop a chain of lodges, hotels, resorts, and golf courses. Till date, the group has successfully developed over 30 hotels & resorts and several golf courses and this was only possible due to the futuristic planning and dynamic guidance of Mr. Moran.

There are several contributions made by Mr. Daniel Chavez Moran towards the betterment of the society and nation. Amongst all major works, the most mentionable contribution made is the awards that are distributed by his organization to the students on the basis of their skill sets and excellent hard work. Mr. Moran is also engaged in a wide variety of charitable programs that primarily support the underprivileged children and help them to lead a better lifestyle with his non-profitable institutions.
